Finance Intern (Energy)

What you will do

• Support financial analysis, reporting, and data validation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial information.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and best practices.
• Support special projects and business initiatives across tax, cash processing, midstream marketing finance, or midstream planning and reporting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the second or third year of an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Available to work in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
