Presentation Designer (PowerPoint)

Location: Remote, Florida, United States; Monday–Friday split shift, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM ET

What you will do

• Design and develop PowerPoint presentations, pitch books, branded templates, slide libraries, and related investment banking materials.
• Transform complex financial data, business concepts, and strategic messaging into clear presentations, charts, infographics, diagrams, maps, and other visual assets.
• Apply hirify.global and client brand standards while developing original concepts and layouts.
• Execute, troubleshoot, review, and quality-check complex presentation and graphic design projects.
• Collaborate with bankers, associates, analysts, designers, managers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, maintain organized digital assets, and mentor associate presentation designers when appropriate.

Requirements

• Professional training in presentation and graphic design, with a BFA in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of general work experience and strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy, branding, information design, and data visualization.
• Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including template architecture, Slide Master development, advanced presentation production, and presentation design best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel with advanced charting, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience creating branded PowerPoint templates, presentation systems, slide libraries, financial charts, tables, graphs, and infographics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and availability for the stated Eastern Time schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, investment banking, real estate, consulting, or another professional services environment.
• Experience with AI-powered creative and productivity tools.
• Experience collaborating with remote design teams and business stakeholders.
