Senior Social Media Manager (Web3): Owning social strategy and content across multiple client accounts for a Web3 marketing and creative agency with an accent on founder ghost-writing, thought leadership, and complex fintech and AI subject matter. Focus on leading client accounts, translating technical topics into credible content, and managing LinkedIn, X, and Discord channels.
Location: Hybrid, with two days a week in the London office
Salary: £60,000–£80,000 per year

What you will do
- Own social strategy and content across several client accounts as a senior individual contributor.
- Ghost-write and develop thought-leadership content for founders and executives.
- Translate complex fintech, AI, and Web3 topics into sharp, credible content.
- Lead day-to-day strategy for assigned accounts, including client meetings, recommendations, and approvals.
- Manage content across LinkedIn, X, and Discord.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media or content.
- Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
- Excellent writing and editorial judgment.
- Strong knowledge of Web3 and the ability to quickly understand technical subject matter.
- Comfort managing content on LinkedIn, X, and Discord.
