Salary: Up to $60/hour

What you will do
- Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles across a wide range of makes and models.
- Complete accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and resolve complex repair problems efficiently.
- Collaborate with technicians and the service department to communicate customer concerns and meet deadlines.
- Follow high standards for safety, cleanliness, organization, and repair quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
- Ability to flag 40–60 hours per week in one bay and meet or exceed hourly goals.
- ASE Master Certification preferred, or a plan to achieve it.
- Ability to lift or move more than 100 pounds occasionally, work under lifted vehicles and in tight spaces, and stand or walk for most of the workday.
- Ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles and use computers and hand tools efficiently.
