Focus on identifying growth opportunities, building managerial insights, and coordinating commercial recommendations across operations, marketing, compliance, legal, finance, and other functions.
Location: Remote role based in Mexico
Salary: $85,000–$110,000 USD annually, plus benefits and potential bonus.

What you will do
- Monitor and analyze market data and competitive intelligence across Latin American markets.
- Identify emerging trends, risks, and growth opportunities for the business.
- Lead the strategic relationship with the local partner in Mexico and drive long-term value creation.
- Co-build business-focused dashboards that provide managerial insights into key business areas.
- Provide data-informed recommendations across operations, marketing, compliance, legal, finance, and related functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in leadership and analytical roles, ideally within the iGaming industry.
- Strong analytical mindset, affinity for numbers, and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial approach, initiative, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
- English proficiency at B2–C1 professional working level, written and spoken; occasional domestic and international travel required.
