Operations Lead (Fintech)

Location: Paris, France; on-site

Salary: €70,000–€80,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global builds an AI-powered personal finance platform for tracking assets, managing budgets, investing, and learning, with regulated investment and crypto products.

What you will do

• Build the systems, rules, automations, and agents used by the operations team.
• Lead and coach a team of five, increasing the complexity and independence of their work.
• Design source-level monitoring and intervention workflows for sync failures, blocked withdrawals, and stalled compliance files.
• Define which operational activities remain human and which move to automation.
• Collaborate directly with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to build the operating system for regulated financial products.
• Own the quality of client interactions as automation handles more volume.

Requirements

• Experience leading a small team and developing people over time.
• Recent hands-on experience building internal tools, automations, or AI agents used by a team.
• Ability to use AI as a team multiplier and demonstrate its operational impact.
• Ability to investigate ambiguous problems and turn solutions into reusable systems.
• Comfort with APIs, data flows, and frontend/backend logic, with the ability to work as a peer with engineers.
• Fluent French and English required.
