Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Location: Istanbul, Türkiye (Vadistanbul office). Hybrid schedule: office attendance two days per week during three weeks of each month, with one fully remote week; fully remote work is also available throughout August.

What you will do

• Define the enterprise AI and Agentic AI architecture vision, standards, and technology roadmap.
• Design and evolve enterprise AI platforms, LLM applications, RAG solutions, and multi-agent systems.
• Lead architectural decisions and solve complex engineering challenges across multiple teams.
• Set cloud, platform engineering, automation, DevOps, scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency strategies for AI workloads.
• Establish Responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, governance, and risk-management standards.
• Mentor engineers and architects, support hiring, and communicate technical strategy to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Typically 6+ years of software engineering and architecture experience, including enterprise-scale distributed systems and production AI platforms.
• Expert Python development skills and strong knowledge of distributed systems, scalable architecture, event-driven architecture, and reliability engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, RAG, multi-agent systems, and frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Kubernetes, containers, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, executive communication, stakeholder management, and technical mentoring.
