Senior Financial Analyst EP&N EMEA (MedTech)

Location: Prague, Czechia; travel under 10%

Salary: Kč704,000–Kč1,135,050 per year, plus an annual bonus

What you will do

• Lead financial oversight and business partnering for the EMEA Technical Services organization.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, reporting, and long-range planning.
• Provide financial analysis for resource planning, productivity initiatives, investments, business cases, and transformation projects.
• Partner with EP&N EMEA leadership on annual planning, forecasts, strategic initiatives, and spending optimization.
• Improve financial transparency through operational KPIs, analytics, visualization, automation, and digitalization.
• Collaborate with country controllers, FP&A, Supply Chain, Commercial, and global stakeholders while ensuring compliance with financial policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Financial Controlling, or Business Partnering.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analytical, budgeting, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, business partnering, and decision-influencing skills in a matrix organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a multinational organization.
• Familiarity with AFO, Anaplan, CFIN, SigniFi, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, or Power Automate.
• Master’s degree, MBA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience supporting cross-functional international organizations.
