Learning Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Deliver induction, upskilling, soft-skills, and project-related training for service operations.
• Design and facilitate product, technical, and customer-centric training programs.
• Assess new recruits and coordinate their transition into operational teams.
• Partner with operations and HR to address training needs and trainee performance issues.
• Maintain induction curricula and update training materials following policy and procedural changes.
• Validate learning objectives and performance-based assessments, supporting training project design.

Requirements

• English at C1 level, written and spoken.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare claims processing systems and call-handling systems.
• Ability to deliver knowledge, develop skills, provide constructive feedback, and work with trainees from different experience levels, learning styles, and cultural backgrounds.
• Experience with training design, delivery, and evaluation is preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, coaching, evaluation, decision-making, teamwork, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to travel when necessary, up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Previous training experience or certification.
• Coaching experience or certification.
