What you will do
- Prepare training materials, manuals, qualification methods, and supporting materials.
- Schedule and coordinate annual training programs.
- Conduct training programs and training needs analyses.
- Review training policies and recommend improvements to management.
- Maintain personnel training records, databases, and paperwork.
- Work with Persons in Charge to ensure workers are qualified for their responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least three years of training experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Written and spoken English, Malay, and Chinese are required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
