Business System Analyst (ERP)

Crane Aerospace & Electronics operates in the aerospace and electronics industry.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP modules covering finance, supply chain, HR, and manufacturing.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and process maps for ERP configuration and development.
• Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, system testing, test case development, UAT coordination, and issue tracking.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align project milestones, system reliability, and technical delivery.
• Provide post-implementation support, training, documentation, and user adoption assistance.
• Develop reports and dashboards, maintain data integrity, and contribute to kaizen, continuous improvement, and system upgrade initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, business processes, and data management.
• Proficiency in the Systems Development Life Cycle, Microsoft Excel, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with travel across site locations as needed.

Nice to have

• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification, or progress toward certification.
