What you will do
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support, optimize, and scale enterprise applications and operational processes.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications, workflows, and delivery plans.
- Support systems integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and operational dependencies across business and data platforms.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams on reporting requirements, data quality, and downstream analytics.
- Lead UAT, regression testing, deployment validation, and post-release stabilization.
- Maintain documentation and runbooks while identifying opportunities for process standardization, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Applications Support, Business Process Improvement, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications and business systems.
- Experience with systems integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle across Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements, workflows, and actionable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, testing, process-improvement, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with an AI-forward mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM, ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, or document workflow platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, DealHub, NetSuite, Databricks, iPaaS, integration middleware, or AI-enabled enterprise applications.
