QS Document Management Associate (CAR-T)

What you will do

• Provide administrative support for document and training management in a controlled cGMP cleanroom environment.
• Manage procedures and related documents throughout their lifecycle in Truvault.
• Set up and maintain training activities in Summit.
• Act as the CAR-T Belgium site key user, represent the site in global forums, mentor users, and control system access.
• Maintain archives in accordance with Worldwide Record Information Management policies.
• Support process improvement, training, team meetings, and coaching of less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch, both verbal and written, is required.
• Familiarity with quality and compliance processes, including cGMP requirements.
• Proactive approach, initiative, quality mindset, and ability to implement improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with flexibility to support shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Truvault document management system.
• Experience with the Summit training platform.
