TL;DR
Head of LEGO Discovery Center Operations (Attractions and Multi-Site Operations): Leading operational performance across 29 LEGO and LEGOLAND Discovery Centres in North America, Europe and Asia with an accent on guest experience, standardization and profitability. Focus on developing regional leaders, building scalable operating models, and leading transformation across a global attraction network.
Location: Based in Billund or Copenhagen, Denmark, with global travel and an average of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Lead operational performance across 29 and LAND Discovery Centres in North America, Europe and Asia through four regional directors and local attraction leaders.
- Improve guest satisfaction, Net Promoter Score, operational excellence, profitability and long-term business performance.
- Set operating standards, governance and performance management practices across the attraction portfolio.
- Lead, coach and develop senior operational leaders while building capability, accountability and succession plans.
- Partner with the Location Based Leadership team on strategy, operating models and business priorities.
- Lead culture change and operational improvement initiatives across the newly acquired sites.
Requirements
- Degree in hospitality or tourism.
- Experience running attractions, theme parks or multi-site operations in the leisure or tourism industry.
- International experience in a senior leadership role, preferably with a well-known global brand or in hospitality, hotels, fitness or cruise ships.
- Experience leading multi-site consumer operations, senior leaders and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong financial mindset, customer experience focus, digital fluency and ability to manage complexity across cultures and regions.
- Experience with operational standardization, transformation and continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience with midway attractions.
- Experience working cross-functionally within a location-based entertainment organization.
