What you will do
- Expand and operate overseas gaming communities and community channels.
- Identify and build relationships with community owners, administrators, and core player organisers across Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, Telegram, and game forums.
- Design partnership models including CPS deals, exclusive offers, community events, and bot integrations.
- Plan community growth campaigns around new game launches, version updates, and trending gaming topics.
- Track traffic, payment, and conversion performance to improve user growth, GMV, and ROI.
- Build a community resource library and partnership SOPs, and explore AI and bot tools to improve outreach efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Strong cold outreach, business communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to build partnerships from scratch.
- Good understanding of overseas gaming community ecosystems.
- English required as a working language.
Nice to have
- Experience in overseas community operations, partnerships, affiliate marketing, KOL/KOC engagement, or game operations.
- Existing community or partnership resources in European or North American markets.
- Strong familiarity with overseas player culture and an active interest in gaming.
