Customer Integrity & Threat Detection Manager (Starlink)

Location: Redmond, Washington, United States; onsite required, remote work is not considered

Salary: $135,000–$205,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify and assess platform integrity, abuse, and misuse risks affecting Starlink.
• Design, deploy, and measure solutions to priority customer integrity risks with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Investigate scams, fraud, illicit goods, and other illicit activities.
• Conduct periodic reviews supporting legal and compliance obligations.
• Represent the function in cross-functional groups and develop expertise in investigative techniques, technologies, or abuse-prevention strategies.
• Apply enforcement measures while protecting customer information and privacy and avoiding disproportionate collateral impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations, or 8+ years of equivalent experience without a degree.
• 6+ years of experience with SQL or other data-querying languages, Python or other scripting languages, geospatial tools such as ArcGIS, and/or statistical software such as R.
• 6+ years of experience investigating, mitigating, or addressing fraud, abuse, cybersecurity threats, or other illicit activities.
• 3+ years of experience driving improvements in processes, technology, or related customer integrity capabilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Redmond, Washington, with remote work unavailable.
• Must meet applicable ITAR eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship or nationality, lawful permanent residence, refugee or asylee status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity operations, threat detection, or vulnerability assessment in high-stakes environments.
• Experience with OSINT, research, and intelligence analysis techniques.
• Experience influencing decisions, enabling others, and building consensus around complex solutions.
• International professional exposure and familiarity with U.S. and international sanctions and export control regulations.
• Strong analytical, written, oral communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
