Data Services Operations Specialist (Cartography)

Location: Must be based in Minsk, Belarus (requires office attendance for the first three months and periodic team sprints).

What you will do

• Validate large volumes of OpenStreetMap edits to detect vandalism and low-quality data.
• Analyze, classify, and sort massive datasets, including map features and imagery.
• Create and edit content for map and navigation services using specialized tools.
• Perform cartographic edits and contribute to map data enrichment.
• Assess data quality, define assessment criteria, and identify patterns.

Requirements

• Understanding of OSM services and a strong interest in cartography.
• English proficiency: B1 or above required.
• Ability to maintain high efficiency and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns in large datasets.
• Must be able to work from the Minsk office for the first three months and attend periodic sprints.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
