Head of Creative Creative Design

Location: Auckland, New Zealand. Office-first with office attendance as the default, while flexible arrangements are available when needed.

What you will do

• Set the creative standard and ensure cohesive, distinctive visual work across markets and channels.
• Lead and develop the multidisciplinary creative team, clarifying priorities, capacity and resourcing.
• Shape creative for campaigns, content, events, paid media, presentations, sales tools, merchandise and employee branding.
• Partner with Brand, Product Design, Product Marketing and regional teams to explain hirify.global’s SaaS-enabled hardware product through visual assets.
• Build templates, guidelines, workflows and AI-enabled tools that help regional teams deliver smaller creative jobs independently.
• Improve creative prioritisation, briefing and collaboration while remaining hands-on for important projects.

Requirements

• Strong design fundamentals, a sharp eye for detail and experience leading creative work.
• Confidence with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Studio and similar creative tools.
• Experience with technical products, technology or software and the ability to simplify complex concepts visually.
• People leadership skills, including setting direction, giving feedback, coaching and developing a growing team.
• Strategic, systems-oriented and collaborative approach to creative operations and cross-functional work.
• Willingness to work from the Auckland office as the default within hirify.global’s office-first culture.
