What you will do

• Source, interview, and match candidates with suitable roles.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients through outreach and business development calls.
• Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the recruitment process from taking a brief through offer negotiation.
• Develop specialist market expertise and contribute to revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain client networks through visits, networking, and entertainment events.
