What you will do
- Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, including complex returns.
- Manage tax engagements from inception through closure and ensure accurate data interpretation.
- Implement business tax planning solutions, provide proactive advice, prepare estimates, and conduct tax research.
- Translate complex tax concepts into clear, actionable guidance for entrepreneurs.
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor less experienced staff.
Requirements
- Previous public accounting experience with multiple clients handled simultaneously.
- EA or CPA designation preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of tax planning and data interpretation.
- Proficiency with current tax software is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a 100% virtual role within the United States.
