Inside Sales Specialist

Crane Chem Pharma & Energy Flow Solutions is a division of Crane Co that designs, manufactures, markets, and distributes process valves and actuators for refinery, chemical, biopharmaceutical, and energy applications.

What you will do

• Analyze customer product requirements and prepare accurate quotations, pricing documentation, and project proposals.
• Verify pricing, evaluate competitive factors, and apply policies for discounts, freight, and approval levels.
• Provide product and technical support by collaborating with technical support, business line management, application engineering, finance, and other departments.
• Develop pricing models and balanced customer and business solutions for project orders.
• Create and maintain standard work documentation and drive process improvements focused on customer satisfaction and business needs.
• Support non-standard payment terms, letters of credit, and warranty bond approvals with finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of industry experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers and collaborate across departments while working independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and support sales channels and project order management.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of cost analysis or pricing experience.
• Experience with industry products, solicitation processes, requests for information, pricing, and negotiations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, and CRM software.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• PMP certification.
