Core Technician – Cell Therapy (Cell Therapy)

Location: On-site in Houston, Texas, United States; 3rd shift

What you will do

• Perform aseptic processing and cell culture manipulations for clinical and commercial cell therapy products in Grade A/B cleanrooms.
• Operate cell processing and manufacturing equipment according to approved SOPs and production schedules.
• Maintain contamination control, containment, safety, and GMP compliance throughout manufacturing activities.
• Complete and review GMP documentation, manufacturing batch records, and related records.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues, document deviations, and support process deviation investigations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and other site functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a scientific or technical discipline is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with cell therapy technologies or related biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes in a cGMP environment.
• Working knowledge of aseptic processing, cleanroom operations, cGMP requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to follow SOPs, manufacturing instructions, production schedules, and complete GMP documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel; SAP and LIMS experience is desirable.
• Ability to perform routine aseptic gowning, stand for up to 6 hours, and lift up to 50 pounds.
