Translation Project Manager (f/m/x) (AI)

Salary: Minimum gross monthly salary of €3,500 based on full-time employment; the final salary is determined individually.

What you will do

• Manage multiple international translation and localization projects from planning through timely, high-quality delivery.
• Optimize translation processes using automation, new technologies, and AI-based tools.
• Develop scalable solutions for growing language, stakeholder, and translation-volume requirements.
• Coordinate translators, reviewers, agencies, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Technical Documentation, and other functions.
• Manage terminology, glossaries, and translation memories while identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in translation studies, language technology, or a comparable field.
• 1–3 years of relevant translation or localization project management experience.
• Strong project management, coordination, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• English and German at C1 level.
• Experience with TMS software, AI-based translation tools, and AI-supported workflow implementation or development.
• Very good MS Office skills and experience coordinating translation agencies and external partners.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SCHEMA ST4, Adobe FrameMaker, and project management tools.
• Additional language skills.
