Location: 100% on-site at DIA Headquarters in Washington, D.C.

What you will do

• Manage current and future operations supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency and Defense Intelligence Enterprise partners.
• Develop strategies and implement processes to improve warfighter support.
• Synchronize intelligence requirements, resources, and activities through collaborative operations.
• Advise on intelligence operations planning and execution, and support operational planning teams.
• Produce reports and assessments, including leading the quarterly reporting program for internal mission activities.
• Organize and lead working groups focused on emerging operational challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with strategic planning processes, preferably in both military and civilian environments.
• Experience working in a joint environment and familiarity with JP 5.0.
• Ability to convert vision statements into actionable products with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with senior personnel from other agencies independently.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required.
