What you will do
- Support daily operational and administrative activities for federal security and identity management programs.
- Issue, manage, and track personnel access credentials in the PIV credentialing office.
- Coordinate and monitor security background investigations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation under ICAM, HSPD-12, PACS, and Privacy Act requirements.
- Protect sensitive information and collaborate with program staff to maintain efficient, compliant operations.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Administration, Security, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in federal administration, security, or identity management operations.
- Knowledge of ICAM, PACS, HSPD-12, and federal background check procedures.
- Familiarity with GSA security policies and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, data management, and reporting skills, with close attention to detail and confidentiality.
