What you will do

• Create and optimize flavor formulations across multiple food categories while balancing taste, cost, stability, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with application, sensory, commercial, and innovation teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Present flavor concepts and technical recommendations to customers.
• Use market insights, consumer trends, and technical expertise to develop differentiated solutions for Indonesia and the wider region.
• Mentor junior flavorists and contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing.
• Track ingredient innovations, flavor technologies, sustainability trends, and competitive developments.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in flavor creation within food, particularly savory applications.
• Strong sensory evaluation skills and knowledge of flavor composition and functionality.
• Demonstrated success developing commercially viable flavor solutions for customers.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Knowledge of Southeast Asian consumer preferences and market trends.
• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Flavor Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
