Data Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Analyse product and business metrics, including activity, retention, conversion, revenue, and other core KPIs.
• Study user behaviour through cohort, funnel, lifecycle, and customer journey analysis.
• Extract, join, and prepare data from databases using SQL.
• Build and maintain reporting and BI dashboards, preferably in Tableau.
• Investigate anomalies, performance deviations, and root causes.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis, monitor data quality, and document metrics and analytical approaches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Operations Analyst.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data in a business context.
• Solid knowledge of funnels, cohorts, retention, and lifecycle metrics.
• Confident SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and window functions.
• Experience with BI tools, ideally Tableau, and the ability to explain results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent Russian and B2 English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
• Knowledge of product and business unit economics and basic statistics.
• Experience with ClickHouse or Python for analytics.
