TL;DR
LLM Engineer (AI): Developing and deploying large language model technologies for innovative hiring agents and client-facing applications with an accent on LLM research, evaluation frameworks, and scalable AI solutions. Focus on integrating new models and techniques, building evaluation systems, iterating from client feedback, and making efficient software architecture decisions.
Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days at home

What you will do
- Research and experiment with large language model technologies to advance hiring practices.
- Implement LLM research findings in scalable, user-facing applications for global clients.
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks for AI models, parameters, and techniques.
- Iterate quickly using client feedback and lean development methods.
- Analyze product challenges and make efficient software architecture decisions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning.
- At least 2 years of experience developing agents and other LLM-based products.
- Strong Python skills and experience with LLM evaluations.
- Advanced knowledge of modern LLM practices, including RAG and MCPs.
- Experience with modern AI development tools such as Cursor or Copilot.
- Fluent English and authorization to work in Israel are required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience with conversational AI, data science, MLOps, software architecture, cloud environments, and CI/CD.
