Civil Quantity Surveyor (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Prepare complete bills of quantities for civil and structural works on oil and gas EPC projects.
• Estimate civil and structural construction quantities and maintain supporting measurement documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers' and employer's quantity surveyors to verify quantities and process payments.
• Prepare final contract measurements and payment applications for completed works.
• Verify subcontractor measurements and payment applications.
• Coordinate quantity measurement, recording, and reporting across project sections.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in quantity surveying or related construction work.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in oil and gas projects; ADNOC experience is an advantage.
• Experience with pipeline projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
