TL;DR
Tech Lead (Investment & Growth) (Blockchain/DeFi): Leading technical delivery across swaps, on-ramps, staking, yield, RWA, prediction markets, and trading venue integrations with an accent on self-custody, third-party integrations, and reliable money-moving systems. Focus on designing transaction lifecycles, integrating multi-chain and trading providers, reconciling settlements, and debugging production incidents involving user funds.

is a blockchain product company developing smartcard-based hardware wallets and mobile applications for secure digital-asset self-custody.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery across swaps, on-ramps, staking, yield, RWA, prediction markets, and trading venue integrations.
- Coordinate shared iOS, Android, backend, platform, Store, and Spend capacity while managing dependencies and trade-offs.
- Design provider and transaction lifecycle systems covering idempotency, state machines, retries, partial fills, stalled transactions, and reconciliation.
- Write and review integration-layer code, investigate production incidents, and debug issues through logs, RPC, and provider APIs.
- Evaluate and onboard aggregators, on-ramp providers, staking providers, exchanges, and perpetual-futures venues.
- Lead engineering assignments, hiring, feedback, on-call operations, incident response, and domain development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience and 3+ years leading teams of five or more delivering consumer products in production.
- Current hands-on coding and code-review experience, including end-to-end debugging of failed transactions.
- Practical multi-chain experience with EVM plus at least one of Solana, TON, Bitcoin/UTXO, or Cosmos.
- Production DeFi integration experience, including DEX aggregation and routing, staking, or yield vaults.
- Production trading-venue integration experience with REST and WebSocket APIs, rate limits, order lifecycles, deposits, withdrawals, settlement, and custody boundaries.
- Experience with money-movement correctness, mobile delivery across iOS and Android, parallel release calendars, and technical relationships with third-party providers.
Nice to have
- Experience with brokerage, CFD, payments, PSP, settlement, reconciliation, or order-lifecycle systems.
- Knowledge of derivatives, prediction markets, event contracts, or regulated delivery involving MiCA, CASP, travel rule, KYC, or AML.
- Security engineering experience with signing flows, key material, and third-party risk.
