Business Operations Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Build operating rhythms, reviews, and forums to keep the Pro organization aligned on priorities.
• Lead and deliver critical cross-functional projects across Spot, Margin, Derivatives, and Infrastructure.
• Support leadership in decision-making by framing issues, tracking KPIs, and surfacing risks.
• Maintain systems for reporting, roadmap coordination, and cross-team initiatives.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements to help the team scale efficiently.
• Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to improve product experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom, Brazil, Canada, Cyprus, Ireland, Poland, or Portugal.
• 5–7 years of experience in BizOps, Product Ops, Strategy, or Consulting.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to drive initiatives from 0 to 1.
• Comfortable interpreting dashboards, KPIs, and financial/operational metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt across audiences from executives to individual contributors.
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing.
