Location: Lima, Peru offices; part-time with flexible working hours

What you will do

• Own, lead, and deliver key projects from Day 1.
• Work in Brand Management, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, or Product Supply.
• Develop creative and innovative approaches to complex business problems.
• Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and levels.
• Apply business, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills to deliver results.

Requirements

• Active undergraduate student with 12–18 months remaining before graduation.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and July 2028.
• Advanced English and written and spoken Spanish proficiency.
• Background in Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Understanding of business principles, basic financial acumen, and proficiency with relevant software tools.
• Strong teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, communication, creativity, and leadership potential.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies.
