What you will do
- Own the Danish content plan, budget, cost control, forecasting, and financial scenarios.
- Monitor consumption, engagement, retention, forecast accuracy, and contract turnaround metrics.
- Manage and optimize the content portfolio, publication schedules, metadata, and CMS workflows.
- Coordinate approvals and contracts across Content, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Data, CRM, and Product.
- Improve operating procedures and share local insights with the global Content Operations team.
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of content operations professionals.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, business planning, and prioritization skills.
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and process optimization.
- Familiarity with Looker, Google Sheets, Juro, CMS platforms, and internal forecasting tools.
- Experience leading, guiding, coaching, and developing a small team.
- Fluent spoken and written Danish and English are required.
