Executive, Staffing Operations (Talent Acquisition)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for pandamart store operations personnel, including sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer management.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels and maintain accurate job descriptions.
• Coordinate with workforce planning, training, operations, and HR stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build a pool of temporary staff and ensure all shifts are covered for daily store operations.
• Create contingency plans for absenteeism, medical leave, and other staffing gaps.
• Analyze turnover and retention to forecast hiring needs, and coordinate training and attendance reminders for new hires.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field is preferred.
• Availability to support urgent manpower needs after office hours and on weekends.
• Knowledge of hiring processes and Singapore Ministry of Manpower labour laws.
• Strong judgment in candidate assessment, interviewing, communication, interpersonal skills, and time management.
• Proactive approach to hiring and recruitment.
