Banking Process Specialist

Location: Hybrid only from Wrocław, Poland

What you will do

• Execute and oversee banking business process transactions with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Analyze data trends and patterns to support business decision-making and reporting.
• Identify process bottlenecks and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality and procedural standards.
• Maintain and update process documentation while collaborating with senior analysts, managers, and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
• Proven experience with business process transactions.
• Proficiency in business process management and optimization.
• Continuous learning and up-to-date industry and technology knowledge.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model from Wrocław, Poland.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma or PMP.
