Graphic Designer - Creative Agency (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work model with office presence.

What you will do

• Create visual assets for global corporate and employer branding.
• Own creative projects from initial brief and concept through final delivery.
• Develop visual concepts, mood boards, design systems, templates, and campaign assets.
• Design materials for social media, digital and print communications, presentations, events, merchandise, and environmental graphics.
• Collaborate with communications, social media, marketing, HR, and studio teams across international locations.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining quality, deadlines, and brand consistency.

Requirements

• Mid-senior level experience in graphic design and visual communication.
• Strong skills in typography, composition, layout, illustration, and retouching.
• Ability to translate briefs and communication objectives into clear visual solutions.
• Ability to manage feedback, priorities, deadlines, and several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work from the Barcelona office under a hybrid model.
