Graduate Credit Analyst (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; hybrid with three days per week in the London office

Salary: £50,000 base salary per year plus performance-based incentive awards

What you will do

• Complete three eight-month rotations across hirify.global’s Borrowing business over two years.
• Support credit strategy decisions on lending eligibility, credit limits, and responsible access to credit.
• Develop and improve machine learning and statistical models used in lending decisions.
• Build and maintain regulatory models for forecasting credit losses and managing capital.
• Review and challenge lending strategies and models to support robust governance and customer-focused decisions.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Machine Learning, Finance, and Risk teams to use data and ship improvements to lending products.

Requirements

• Graduated in 2026 or graduating in 2027 with, or expecting to achieve, at least a 2:1 in a STEM, Economics, or another highly analytical degree.
• Applications are welcome from graduates with Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degrees.
• Strong interest in solving complex problems with data, asking questions, and finding better solutions.
• Curiosity, collaboration, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
• Full right to work in the UK with no limitations.
• Ability to work from the London office three days per week on a hybrid basis.

Hiring process
