What you will do

  • Serve as the Blood Virus product subject matter expert for manufacturing and testing operations.
  • Provide technical oversight to ensure high-quality products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead validation, process scale-up, continuous improvement, and new product or process introduction activities.
  • Lead technical investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop training programmes and coach colleagues on manufacturing processes, problem-solving methods, and quality requirements.
  • Improve processes, documentation, operational performance, and cross-functional flexibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and GMP requirements, including experience supporting internal and external audits.
  • Technical expertise in Blood Virus, Immunoassay, manufacturing processes, or related technologies.
  • Experience leading technical investigations, validation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, training, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Blood Virus, Immunoassay, or other in vitro diagnostic manufacturing environments.
  • Technical or project leadership experience in production or operations.
  • Experience with new product introduction, process transfers, or manufacturing scale-up.
  • Statistical analysis, process improvement methodologies, or Lean manufacturing tools.
  • Experience developing training programmes and supporting regulatory inspections or customer audits.
