Location: Marble Bar Road, Marble Bar, Western Australia, Australia; FIFO position with a 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off roster.

What you will do
- Delegate daily tasks among sample preparation and laboratory technicians.
- Monitor laboratory productivity and ensure samples progress on schedule.
- Track consumable stock, report reorder requirements, and coordinate sample and waste returns.
- Support sample sorting, preparation, and reading processes.
- Maintain accurate records for sample submission, preparation progress, and archiving.
- Ensure results are delivered to clients on time and according to contractual requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of acid extraction methods and recognition of different sample types.
- Understanding of analytical procedures and sample preparation.
- Experience operating AAS and XRF equipment and applying laboratory techniques.
- Proficiency with CCLAS EL LIMS.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on the FIFO 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off roster in Marble Bar, Australia.
