AI Creative, Content & GEO Specialist (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Scale AI-driven content and creative production across the GSB marketing organization.
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks and agentic workflows to improve marketing effectiveness and productivity.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools and platforms for content creation and creative development.
• Create and manage content across owned and earned channels to improve GEO presence and discoverability.
• Establish best practices, governance, and training programs for AI-assisted content creation.
• Define performance metrics for production efficiency, GEO visibility, engagement, and demand generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, creative operations, or a related field.
• BA or BS in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
• Experience using generative AI tools for content development, creative production, or marketing programs.
• Knowledge of content marketing, digital publishing, audience engagement, SEO, and GEO principles.
• Strong written, verbal, visual communication, analytical, project management, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Work location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain.
