Design Director - Berlin 🇩🇪
€80k–€95k + relocation support
We’re looking for an exceptionally talented Design Director to join a leading design studio in Berlin.
This search is open internationally. If you’re currently based outside Berlin or Germany and have been considering a move, this could be the opportunity.
You’ll be shaping exceptional brand identities, leading teams, mentoring designers, working closely with Creative and Strategy, and helping bring ambitious ideas to life.
We’re looking for someone who:
➔ Has exceptional branding and design experience
➔ Can lead and design in equal measure
➔ Is confident directing photographers, illustrators and animators
➔ Can build strong narratives and lead client presentations/workshops
➔ Wants to work in person from our Berlin studio
➔ Is open to international travel
