SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (SAP SuccessFactors/SAP S/4HANA): Designing end-to-end solution architectures and integration scenarios for SAP SuccessFactors implementations with an accent on customer requirements, module integration, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on coordinating module leads, presenting complex system architectures, and solving challenging implementation problems across SAP landscapes.

What you will do
- Act as the central contact for solution architecture in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end processes for relevant SuccessFactors modules.
- Define integration scenarios with other systems, including SAP S/4HANA.
- Coordinate module leads on integrative scenarios within the overall solution architecture.
- Present system architectures to stakeholders and lead workshops and training sessions.
- Collaborate with module leads, consultants, developers, and project managers to support successful implementations.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with a solution architecture focus.
- Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and their integration options, ideally including SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and present them confidently to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience leading and coordinating IT implementation projects.
- Strong conceptual skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
