Global Trade Controls Executive (Export Compliance)

hirify.global operates a global supply chain requiring compliance with US, Singapore, and other applicable trade regulations.

What you will do

• Monitor hirify.global shipments for import and export compliance, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Screen new business partners against denied-party lists and conduct research on customer and end-user profiles.
• Track license determinations in SAP-GTS and submit export license applications to US and Singapore authorities when required.
• Coordinate with Singapore Customs and other competent trade authorities to facilitate shipments.
• Maintain Strategic Trade Scheme and Secured Trade Partnership programs, conduct targeted audits, and respond to stakeholder enquiries.
• Monitor legislative updates and deliver trade compliance training to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, customer service, or trade operations; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Knowledge of relevant trade laws and regulations.
• Experience with customs brokerage, logistics, or trade operations.
• Ability to work with export compliance requirements under the US Export Administration Regulations and Singapore Strategic Goods Control Regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or SAP-GTS.
• Knowledge of Singapore Customs schemes, including STP and STS.
