TL;DR
Senior TPD Engineer (FIX): Administering institutional liquidity hubs and onboarding multi-counterparty trading connections with an accent on FIX connectivity, pricing and risk configuration, conformance testing, reporting, and reconciliation. Focus on troubleshooting session-layer issues, building standardized onboarding and reporting procedures, and handling incidents independently across rotating shifts.
Location: Cyprus, London, or Dubai; remote work from anywhere in the world is available.

What you will do
- Administer oneZero, PXM, Centroid, and FXCubic hubs, including sessions, symbols, routing, pricing, and risk configuration.
- Onboard counterparties through FIX and drop-copy connectors and configure custom streams, symbol sets, markups, tiering, throttling, and session-specific routing.
- Test new client connections end to end, covering connectivity, pricing, execution, drop-copy, reporting, and external API conformance.
- Create hub and database-based volume reports, perform coverage-account and margin-account reconciliation, and handle compensation cases.
- Handle incidents from escalation through resolution, troubleshoot FIX session and message-level issues, and manage sequence gaps and rejects.
- Improve existing setups through onboarding templates, configuration baselines, documented procedures, and automation.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience administering institutional liquidity hubs: oneZero, PXM, Centroid, and FXCubic.
- Experience managing complex infrastructure with multiple liquidity providers, clients, custom streams, and parallel hubs.
- Strong FIX protocol knowledge, including session-layer troubleshooting, sequence gaps, rejects, and message analysis.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, traceroute, telnet, REST API, and RabbitMQ.
- Experience with counterparty conformance and onboarding testing, reconciliation, compensation cases, and report creation from hub interfaces and raw data.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and out-of-hours coverage.
Nice to have
- MySQL experience with volume reports and reconciliation queries.
- Experience building and maintaining aggregation pools and monitoring pool-maker metrics.
- Python or Bash scripting and basic Linux administration.
