Location: On-site at a Bitcoin mining facility in Butte, Montana, with operations in Wyoming/Montana

What you will do
- Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of ASIC miners, including Bitmain and MicroBT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain electrical distribution, PDUs, cooling systems, and other site infrastructure.
- Diagnose miner performance issues, hashboard faults, and power irregularities.
- Assist with installation, commissioning, and testing of new miners and supporting infrastructure.
- Configure and monitor networking for ASICs and management systems while maintaining repair and downtime logs.
- Support preventive maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, scaling projects, and site safety compliance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Bitcoin mining site operations or similar high-density data environments.
- Strong knowledge of ASIC miner architecture, firmware, and diagnostics.
- Experience with electrical and low-voltage systems, cabling, and power distribution.
- Familiarity with IP addressing, switches, network monitoring tools, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfort working in physically demanding outdoor conditions and flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
