Salary: $94,640–$169,520 per year

What you will do

  • Coordinate and manage clinical research protocols across multiple disease teams.
  • Support the setup, planning, maintenance, and close-out of single- and multi-institutional national and international clinical trials.
  • Track study documentation, milestones, status, and resources in CTMS, eTMF, and related systems.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures and clinical research business processes.
  • Act as a liaison among Principal Investigators, internal review bodies, regulatory agencies, NIH, FDA, pharmaceutical companies, and other partners.
  • Mentor team members, manage resources, support hiring and performance processes, and resolve study or staff issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in clinical research operations.
  • Experience with clinical research operations systems and processes, including implementation and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations and guidelines, including ICH GCP and human subject protection requirements.
  • Experience leading projects end to end, including resource planning, cross-functional collaboration, and external partner communication.
  • Experience in radiology or imaging-related research and managing people is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting institutional and NIH grant development.
  • Experience developing monitoring plans, DSMPs, and site assessment processes.
  • Experience managing one or more direct reports.
