Sr. Analyst, Business Systems Analysis (Asset Management)

What you will do

• Lead delivery, support, and continuous improvement of applications, data solutions, and system integrations for wealth solutions and credit operations.
• Manage ServiceNow service requests and incident response metrics while providing after-hours L1/L2 support.
• Maintain product and requirements documentation, including solution diagrams, data catalogs, data dictionaries, mappings, roadmaps, and license details.
• Design and support integrations, ETL/ELT workflows, data interfaces, validation, cleansing, and alerting processes.
• Support migration of legacy integrations to Snowflake and deliver business intelligence reports using Databricks and Snowflake data marts.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technology solutions and communicate architectures and processes to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in product ownership and business systems analysis within asset management or insurance.
• Experience with investment management and insurance application and data models across public and private asset classes.
• Experience with asset management or actuarial applications such as Aladdin/ADC, Clearwater/LPX, WSO, SS&C PLM, Mercatus, Numerix, TriOptima, Bloomberg AIM, Duco, FinX, AON Pathwise, Moody’s Axis, or Milliman MG Alfa.
• Experience with Workato, Informatica, or equivalent workflow automation tools, plus ETL/ELT, REST APIs, Python, Snowflake, SQL Server, XML, JSON, and CSV.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, data risk, governance, and data protection skills.
