Senior Manager, GRC Technology, Metrics, and Automation (Cybersecurity)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week in an assigned hirify.global office or as required by the business. This role is not remote.

Annual base salary: $124,400–$207,400, plus a 17.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise GRC platforms such as ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Archer.
• Design automated workflows, integrations, control monitoring, and digital enablement capabilities across complex IT and business environments.
• Develop executive-ready cybersecurity metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for risk posture, control effectiveness, and program maturity.
• Implement AI-enabled GRC capabilities for risk analytics, anomaly detection, and decision-support automation.
• Partner with senior leaders, architects, engineering teams, and business functions to translate requirements into scalable GRC solutions aligned with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, GxP, data integrity, and patient-safety expectations.
• Manage, coach, and develop a small team of GRC technology analysts and contractors while overseeing platform roadmaps, governance models, and enterprise adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or compliance.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise GRC platforms, automated workflows, integrations, control monitoring, and technology-enabled risk and compliance programs at scale.
• Strong understanding of NIST CSF and ISO 27001 and their application in GRC tooling, with experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• Strong data and analytics skills, including dashboards and reporting, plus experience influencing senior leaders and managing large-scale technology enablement programs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States by any employer and hold permanent U.S. work authorization.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or a similar professional certification.
• Additional experience with Archer or other GRC tools.
• Strategic thinking, strong communication and presentation skills, analytical decision-making, and the ability to structure ambiguous technology and process problems.
