Senior Brand & Marketing Designer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Shape the hirify.global brand across marketing, growth, and brand-related initiatives.
• Develop marketing campaigns, web designs, brand systems, and other creative assets.
• Own the brand look and feel and create brand guidelines for individual projects.
• Lead design projects end-to-end, from concept development through final delivery.
• Translate business goals into compelling visuals for a B2C audience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Brand & Marketing Designer.
• A portfolio demonstrating cohesive brand identity development and strong design principles.
• High proficiency in Figma and experience with Generative AI workflows for creative concepting and asset production.
• Hands-on mastery of design craft, strong visual judgment, and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Experience working across marketing campaigns, web design, and brand development.

Nice to have

• Experience with design vibe coding and experimenting with new ways to bring designs to life.
• Motion design experience.
• Experience evolving an existing brand system.
