What you will do

• Translate positioning and campaign strategy into clear, distinctive, on-brand design across web, lifecycle, paid, and social channels.
• Own creative work from campaign brief through concept, design, launch, and delivery of landing pages, emails, sales enablement, and brand assets.
• Prototype and test creative directions rapidly using Claude, Weave, Midjourney, Figma, and other tools.
• Partner with marketing, growth, lifecycle, brand, and product teams to create work that improves business metrics.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s visual system, brand craft, and design culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping marketing or brand work at meaningful scale.
• Ability to connect business goals, audience insights, and positioning into compelling creative concepts.
• Strong art direction, exceptional attention to detail, and high-quality visual execution.
• First-principles thinking, sound creative judgment, and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, intellectually curious environment.
